REAL ESTATE DIVISION
Vice President (Marketing)
Shall be responsible for devising overall marketing strategy for various upcoming prestigious projects of the Group, consolidating the group’s branding and shall be heading marketing team reporting to the Group - Chief
Executive Officer. Should be an Engineering Graduate preferably with MBA qualifications and experience of around 15 years.
General Manager (Sales)
Head of Ihe Sales Team of the Group for various Real Estate Projects spread all over India. Should be an Engineering Graduate preferably MBA with around 10-12 years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
Manager (Marketing)
Shall be responsible for marketing activities including implementing Group’s publicity strategy, handling media / ad agency. MBA in marketing having 5 – 7 years similar experience.
Manager (Land Acquisition)
Retired Naib Tehsildar, shall be responsible for Land acquisition.
INFRASTRUCTURE DIVISION
Vice President (Infrastructure)
Shall be responsible for achieving targets set in Business Plan for the Infrastructure Division reporting to Chief Executive Officer (Infrastructure).
Should be an Engineering Graduate with around 15 years’ experience of independently handling Infrastructure Projects in areas like Highways,
Railways, Watef Projects. Experience of handling BOT Projects shall be an advantage.
General Manager (Infrastructure Finance)
CA/MBA. with 10 to 12 years experience, having a track record of arranging Finance for Infrastructure Projects.
Manager (Business Development)
Reporting to VP (Infrastructure), shall be responsible for Business development. Should be an Engineering Graduate preferably MBA with minimum 5-7 years of experience of business development, including tendering process,
CORPORATE
Manager (HR)
Shall be responsible for devising and administering HR policies an strategies in Company Should be MBA with 5-7 years of experience in Construction or Real Estate industry.
Audit Assistants
C.A. Inter with 2-3 years audit experience or B.Com. with about 5-7 years, audit experience in Construction, Real Estate c Hotel industry.
Steno Secretary
Graduate with proficiency in MS Office/Power Point having good speed in typing and shorthand. Ideal candidate should have minimum 3-4 years of experience in handling secretarial work.
Receptionist
Ideal candidate should be a Graduate with a pleasing personality and 3-4 years experience in handling front desk activities.
