Job Description:
Handling all Commercial matters like Imports, Exports, Marketing,
Purchase, Liaison with Government officials at senior leve! in a medium size
company of repute. Working knowledge of Accounts/ Finance/Taxation will
be an added advantage.
He must have worked in the position of General Manager or above for a
period of at least 5 years continuously with track record of delivering results.
He should have thorough knowledge and rich experience / specialisation in
the areas mentioned above.
He should also have leadership quality with remarkable energy and drive to
control all his subordinates numbering about 100 out of which at least 40
would be at the level of Managers and above.
He should be a perfectionist as well as hard task master with zero tolerance
for excuses by argumentative people believing in systematic working and
strict action taking policy for mistakes committed by the subordinates.
He should be able to control various departments under him skillfully ,
diplomatically and with absolute firmness. He must have outstanding skills
in negotiation and be capable of planning for the future with a vision.
The candidate having techno-commercial experience will be given
preference. Person should be a very dynamic and aggressive administrator.
Besides he should have excellent communication skills with perfection in
correspondence / dictating letters fluently and efficiently.
Desired Profile:
Person should be a Graduate / Post Graduate having a minimum 10 years
experience in handling all Commercial matters like Imports, Exports,
