Senior Electrical Engineer Age: 35-40
Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering Requirements: 10-15 years experience in design and installation of low and extra low voltage electrical building services for commercial / residential / high rise buildings. Responsible for complete technical and commercial control of the projects allocated. Should have detailed knowledge of both International and local UAE regulations. Should have experience to undertake electrical works from preparation of the estimate to project completion and handoverto client.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Age: 35-40
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Requirements: 10-15 years experience in the design and installation of major Air conditions, Plumbing and Fire Protection Building Services for commercial buildings. Job holder would be responsible for the complete project management and will report to the Divisional Manager. Should have detailed knowledge of both international and local UAE regulations.
Sales Engineer- HVAC Maintenance Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Graduate Age: 25 -33
Requirement: 5-8 years of GCC experience in selling MEP Maintenance contracts. Sound knowledge in AC & Refrigeration systems and maintenance. Experience in independent handling of contracts and tender estimation. A UAE Driving license and adequate computer literacy is a must.
Service Engineer - MEP Maintenance
Age: 25-33
Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Graduate
Requirement: 8-12 years experience in handling and managing all kinds of Electro Mechanical Services preferably in HVAC field for multistoried complexes and other facilities. Well conversant with MEP Drawings. Should be able to manage professionally the Annual Maintenance contracts of the various MEP services and their refurbishments. UAE Driving license will be a definite advantage.
HVAC Supervisor Age: 25-35
Qualification: 3 years diploma in AC & Refrigeration Requirement: 6-8 years experience with a strong technical background. Hands-on experience in
maintenance and trouble shooting equipments and exposure to MEP Maintenance programs. UAE Driving license will be an advantage.
Plumbing Supervisor Age: 25-35
Qualification: SSC / ITI Diploma Requirement: 7-10 years experience in plumbing installation and maintenance. Detailed knowledge of all aspects of Gl, PVC Piping installation, testing and commissioning / maintenance. Good exposure to international standards and regulations. Ability to train others and carry out’ tool box’ talks on Health and Safety issues.
HVAC Draftsman Age: 30-40
Qualification: DME or ITI with Auto CAD. Requirement: 5 - 8 years experience in GCC countries in similar profile. Working knowledge of designing, drawing and selecting duct routing layout, piping layout for chillers, cooling towers and pumps with sections. Making shop drawing as built drawing. The job holder should possess good communication skills.
Electrical Draftsman Age: 30-40
Qualification: DEE or ITI with Auto CAD. Requirement: 5 - 8 years experience in GCC
countries in similar profile. Should be able to generate schematic diagrams, single line diagrams, Lighting layouts, wiring diagrams, control and power layouts using AutoCAD. Must be proficient in drafting using Auto CAD at least 3 years. Must be able to complete drawings, sketches received from Project Engineers with little supervision.
AC Foreman Age: 25-40
Qualification: 3 year diploma in AC & Refrigeration Requirement: 7-10 years of experience in the same field. Strong technical background. Hands-on experience in maintenance and trouble-shooting of all kinds of AC equipments. Fluency in written and spoken English. Ability to lead a team of technicians. UAE driving license will be an advantage.
AC Technicians Age: 25-35
Qualification: ITI / Dip -AC and Refrigeration Requirement: 5 - 7 years experience. Sound knowledge in the maintenance and trouble shooting of centrifugal chillers, packages and ducted units of different brands and capacities. Good understanding of electrical controls and BMS. Capable of site liaison. Fluency in written and spoken English.
