Architects
Post Graduate/ Graduate in Architecture with 2 to 10 years experience in the field of hospital planning with exposure to medical equipment & micro planning detailing, Airport with exposure to terminal building planning and Master planning of airports, Master planning of townships and design of high-rise residential buildings, IT Parks with exposure to IT office planning and campus planning, industrial planning, Retail Building design with exposure to Retail Hyper marts, Malls & Retail Warehouses Layout planning & Detailing, Hotels with exposure to Hotel planning and hotel equipment planning. Architects shall have in-depth knowledge in AutoCAD 2007 software. Exposure to Photoshop, 3D Max, Coral, BIM software like Revit & Micro station would be added advantage.
Structural Design Engineers
Post-graduate in Structural Engineering with experience in RCC, prestressed concrete and structural steel design and detailing of multi-disciplinary projects. Knowledge of latest Indian codes and exposure to international codes of practice (ACI, BS, and EURO), is an advantage. Should be familiar with latest finite element software like STAADPRO, ETABS & SAP2000, etc. Exposure to dynamics /seismic analysis preferred.
Electrical Design Engineers
Post Graduate/Graduate in Electrical & Electronics engineering with min 3 to 12 years experience in design and detailed engineering related to Electrical and LV systems. Should be responsible for Basic Engineering, Preparation of specification, Bill of Materials with budgetary estimate, design calculations/ equipment selection, layouts, Single line diagrams, Block, schematic & logic diagrams and detailing of electrical and LV system. Candidate should have knowledge of Indian standards/codes and statutory requirements for the above referred type of buildings. Exposure to International codes and computer software applications like ETAPS, DIALUX, AUTOCAD, Micro station & other related software would be an added advantage.
Mechanical /Piping Design Engineers
Post-graduate / Graduate / Diploma Engineers in Mechanical / Piping with experience in design and detailed engineering of Process piping, LPG Piping, Airport Fuel hydrant piping, Building Utilities piping, Boilers / Pressure Vessels and Industrial piping. Exposure to piping software like AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION, PDS or PDMS, PIPENET, CAESAR, knowledge on Indian & Internationals codes of practice would be an advantage.
Public Health/Environmental Design Engineers
Graduate in Civil Engineering / Post-graduate in Environmental engineering with experience in planning, designing, detailing and quantification of all related public health engineering works like water supply, sewage and effluent treatment plants, storm water drain networks and rain water harvesting techniques. Modeling and simulation with latest software like Water CAD, Sewer CAD would be an added advantage with exposure to BIS and International codes.
HVAC Design Engineers
Post-graduate in refrigeration & air-conditioning/ Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical engineers or with experience in detailed engineering / design calculations for HVAC systems. Conversant with estimation of cooling loads, ducting design, piping design, equipment selection and “ventilation system design and exposure to cooling loads software programmes and Ducting/piping software, Knowledge of Indian and International codes of practice (Ashrae, Smacna, BIS, BS, etc.) would be an advantage.
Fire Protection Design Engineers
Graduate / Post-graduate in Mechanical / Fire Engineering with experience in design and detailed engineering related to Fire protection system & Life safety methods. Familiarity in hydrant / spray /sprinkler / different types of gas-based fire suppression system/ fire alarm system / passive fire protection systems, essential. Acquaintance with NBC / TAC / IS / NFPA standards, software knowledge like Pipe net / Sprink Calc / HASS, etc., Knowledge of BMS and exposure to international projects would be an added advantage.
Draughtsman (CAD)
Diploma / ITI in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical with experience in preparation of detailed drawings in the relevant field. Exposure to AutoCAD Software/ sound drafting knowledge with X-ref technique & exposure to Micro station / REVIT preferred
