Mech. & piping: B.E. Mech with design & site exp. in Rotating / Static / Piping with working knowledge of Caesar il software. Sound understanding & working experience in codes / standards, piping hydraulic calculations, fire hydrant / sprinkler, water treatment system. Experience in developing procurement specifications.
Elect & Power: B.E. Elect & Power with design & site exp. with working knowledge of ETAP/CYME software. Exp. in Power generation & distribution, system studies such as short circuit, load flow, motor starting, p.f. calculations notes for sizing of generator, transformer, CT/PT, cable, LV/MV/HV motors etc. Prepare single line diagrams, protection / interlocks / controls for LV/MV/HV systems. Sound understanding of IEC standards.
CIVIL & STRUCTURAL: B.E. Civil & Structural with design & site exp. in various Structural / Civil work with experience in STAAD software. Design experience in Civil foundation for buildings & industrial equipments. To engineer site grading, roads, cable trench systems, rain waters & sewage etc. Sound understanding of international codes / standards.
Instr. & control : B.E. Instr. & Control with design & site exp. in various Instr. & Control Systems & equipments like DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC relay wiring schematics, control panel, cables, motors etc. sound understanding of International codes / standards. HA20P study.
Telecommunication : B.E. Telecommunication with design & site exp. in Equipment / Telecom systems like Telephones, PABX, data network, CCTV, access control system, public address / Alarm system, SDH/PDH system. To develop technical procurement specifications for telecom systems & vendor document review. Sound understanding of codes / standards.
PROCESS: B.E. Process / Chemical with focus on Oil refinery / Gas processing with Design & Site exp. with HYSYS software or process simulation. PIPENET software PHA. Pro 6 software/HAZOP study. Ability to develop process calculations PFD’s, P&ID, for turbines, pumps compressors, heat exchangers, columns. Ability to execute pump sizing / piping hydraulic calculations. Sound understanding of codes / standards.
Discipline Engineer (Mech. - Building Services) : Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering with design & site exp. in HVAC, condensers units, dampers, de/humidifiers, ductwork / fittings, pumps, pipe work, valves / fittings. To execute heat loss and value calculations, pressure loss calculations, piping hydraulic calculations. Sound understanding of codes and ASHRAE standards.
Discipline Designer
Mech. & piping : Diploma in Mechanical, Auto CAD, with focus as Mechanical equipment & process piping systems P & ID’s.
Telecommunication: Diploma in Telecommunications, AUTOCAD. Ability to develop basic specification for cables, telecom equipment, distribution board & panels etc. Ability to develop detail engg deliverables related to oil & gas such as equipment index, cable schedule plot plan, installation details etc.
Elect / Power & Instr.: Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation AutoCAD. To develop specifications for cables, junction boxes, Instrument tubing / fittings / board & panels, relay wiring. To develop detail engineering deliverable related to Oil & Gas such as Instrument index, I/O ust, cable schedule. JB plot, Instrument wiring diagrams, installation details etc.
