Business Line Financial Controller (Job Code; BLFC/09/01)

Internal Audit provides high level, risk oriented Business Assurance Audits and supports business risk management and Merger & Acquisitions. Internal Audit
reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities: Carry out business risk assurance, financial and compliance audits Audit (Financial, Code of Conduct, Legal and other statutory requirements) of performance at site level Conduct risk workshops with Business Management teams Site audits to be carried out (Frequent international travel required -about 30-50% of your time)
Education / Experience: Chartered Accountant with an MBA from a reputed University and experience of 3-5 years in finance, audit, accounting or consultancy {audit is a plus) International experience will be an advantage Knowledge of Sox

The Business Analysis team is young, very driven and energetic. It works closely with the global business units (IC Manufacturing, innovation & Technology, Sales & Marketing), Market Intelligence and the Strategy Office.
Responsibilities: Challenge business performance and current ways of working by cross-functional analysis, reflecting on the current market/ business environment and suggesting improvements in current processes. It focuses on short, middle as well as long-term periods Business Analysis acts as a financial sparring partner in strategic discussions on Board of Management and shareholder level. The Global Sales Force (GSF) organization manages our relationship with our global key accounts, channels and regional customers on behalf of the business units. It does this by creating customer business pfans, orchestrating the interaction for the various units with our customers at all levels and with all functions, and driving the execution of the Demand Generation and Sales Realization processes within the Company.
