Engineer - Mechanical (EM-07): Degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering with 5-8 years experience in maintaining batching plants, concrete pumps, building hoists, cranes and other construction equipment, in large Realty / Infrastructure projects. Exposure to operation and maintenance of hi-rise building tower cranes would be preferred.
Engineer - Electrical (EE/07): Diploma in electrical engineering with 5-8 years experience in electrical installations in real estate projects. Knowledge in electrical distribution, installation and backups is a must.
Engineer - Quality Control (EQC/07): Graduate in civil engineering with 10-12 years experience in large Realty / Infrastructure projects. Knowledge in concrete mix development, quality control methods and quality tests of construction materials is a must.
Purchase Manager (PM/07): Graduate in commerce with a diploma in materials management with 10-12 years experience in procurement and materials management functions for Realty / Infrastructure projects with sound knowledge of sourcing of materials in a given time frame. Must have strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Stores Manager (SM/07): Graduate in commerce with at least 5-7 years experience in materials management / inventory control / stores functions. Knowledge of computers is mandatory. Experience in a large construction company shall be preferred.
Site Administrator (SA/07): Graduate with 8-10 years experience in managing large construction projects and site administration. Responsibilities include liaison with statutory authorities including government and local bodies to facilitate smooth functioning of the project site.
