Regional Manager (Retail Operations):-
The incumbent should be an MBA having relevant exp. of 5-7 yrs in retail operations, and should have handled the Branded Store/ Showroom. Must possess leadership skills & Should be able to work in a team. Job responsibilities also include monitoring and supervision of dealer network of the region throughout by enhancing the service levels to the dealers and follow ups etc. Analytical skills such as finalizing showroom locations, franchisee deals, inventory management, planning and analyzing store profit abilities and formulating strategies is essential. Brand/Mktg Manager:- Preferably female MBA or PG in Mass Communications with 5-7 years experience in Garment Industry, job profile includes to achieve product exposure target, brand image creation target and implement various marketing communication through effective Media Planning. Undertake all PR planning / Organising activities, coordinate with press, develop press release materials. Candidate should have good knowledge of Event Management, Media Buying and Planning, Written Communication and Presentation Skills. Candidate from Ad Agencies / Media Industry would be preferred.
