1) Mechanical Plant Engineer / Project Engineer :-
Should be graduate mechanical engineer with 7-10 years experience in related field, preferably in cement plant equipment fabrication and/or erection with some experience in executing large size cement plant. Project management experience shall be preferred. Should be thorough with project formulation, implementation and execution. Erection experience in large cement project will be preferred. Age: Not above 40 years.
2) Electrical Plant Engineer/ Project Engineer Similar to above, having qualification, experience in Electrical & Instrumentation.
Age: Not above 40 years.
3) Civil Engineer - Project
Should have qualification in civil engineering and shall follow up with the civil contractor for execution of the civil construction work. Should have experience in executing large size construction project, preferably cement project. Age: Not above 40 years.
4) Mechanical Draughtsman
Diploma in mechanical engineering or trade license in drafting. Preferably L.M.E. With 5-8 years experience in development of project drawings, equipment drawings, spare parts drawings etc. Candidates shall be responsible for developing small layouts, project concept drawing, preparation of spares drawing, taking measurement of supplied spares etc. Related to project execution Age: Not above 40 years
5) Senior Engineer (Predictive Maintenance) Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years experience in modern dry process cement plant in predictive maintenance. Age: Not above 40 years
6) Mechanical Foreman / Fitters
Diploma in mechanical engineering or at least ITI in mechanical, auto or marine trade with 3-5 years experience in a modern dry process cement plant. Must be thorough in the maintenance of complete cement plant including impact crusher, jaw crusher, cone crusher, stacker and reclaimer, ball and vertical roller mill for raw material grinding, electrostatic precipitator, bag filters, water pumps etc, Age: Not above 40 years.
7) Process Control Engineer/ Department Head . Should be Electronics or Instrumentation Engineer. Should have enough experience to head the department and manage independently. Must have thorough knowledge and experience in DCS system of ABB/Windows NT based control system with industrial PCS. Age: Not above 40 years.
8) Mechanical Engineer (Plant Maintenance)
Diploma in mechanical engineering with min 5-7 years experience in cement plant. Responsible for schedule / breakdown maintenance of various mechanical equipment in particular department like crusher, raw mill, kitn, or cement mill and packing plant. Age: Not above 40 years
9) Technical Manager
Should be M.Sc. In Chemistry of Degree in Chemical Engineering. He will be responsible for
Quality Control from Quarry till cement dispatch.
10) Safety officer
Graduate with a knowledge & experience of safety in detail for civil construction site.
