• Post Graduate in Human Resource Management with around 6 - 8 years of work experience in Human Resources in a large reputed organisation
• In depth understanding of Human Resources processes, products, policies and practices
• Assertive, tenacious and willing to challenge the business and the function when required
• Highly driven, setting stretching goals for self and teams, and continually pushing for
results
• Role models the values, and demonstrates strong personal ethics in all decision making
