01) Executive Assistant To Managing Director
(Male Only)
(Age: 30 to 35 years)
Reporting to Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for taking dictation, typing, receiving VIP visitors/Dignitaries and schedule meetings, co-ordinate their meetings, independently handle office correspondence/e-mails and maintain up to date filing, managing day-to-day administration of the MD’s office, air ticket bookings for directors, liaising and follow-up with advertising agencies and company lawyers, identifying tenants for company properties, preparing tenancy agreements and scheduling rent collections.
The candidate should be a graduate with proficiency in shorthand and typing of 50/100 wpm, with 7 years of work experience in similar capacity. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point presentation, good command over spoken and written English and willingness to work long hours are essential.
02 ) Financial Controller - (2 POSTS)
Tea Estate (1 Post) : The group owns 500 hectares of tea estate growing and processing premium varieties for sale in the international market. The estate is located 70 Kms from the Capital city.
Roses Estate (1 Post): The group owns 10 hectares of roses estate, growing and processing premium varieties for sale in the international market. The estate s located 15 Kms from the Capital city.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Controller will be responsible for finalisation of accounts, liaise with statutory and internal auditors, banking operations, spearhead budget and monitor process, prepare monthly MIS reports, supervise and control the day-to-day functioning of the department.
The candidate should be B.Com /M.Com/Inter CA/1CWA with a minimum of 7 years similar
experience at middle management level preferably from Tea/Roses Estates. A hand on experience on computers and accounting systems is essential. The selected candidate will have to reside on the estate house provided by the company.
For its 28.5 MW Co-Generation Unit (Under Commissioning):
03) Supervisor-Turbine Operations -(4 POSTS)
The incumbent will be responsible for shift operations of a 3 MW back pressure steam TA and 21 MW DEC steam turbine with electronic governor system, attending to breakdown and annual maintenance jobs.
The candidate should possess an ITl/Diploma in Electrical (with minimum 10 years experience) or Mechanical Engineering (with 5 years minimum experience) in a sugar factory/co-generation unit. Thorough knowledge of high voltage system, protection system, grid synchronisation, AVRs and SCADA system is essential.
For its small sugar factory :
The sugar factory is on an expansion from 425 TCD to 800 TCD and co-generation plant under implementation.
04) Electrical Engineer - (1 POST)
The incumbent will be responsible for regular/ preventive/breakdown maintenance works of electrical equipments, DC drives, steam turbines, thyristor controls in the sugar and co-generation units.
The candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in sugar factory in a similar capacity. Experience in erection and operations of steam turbines will be an added advantage.
