Sourcing Managers
Require supply chain professionals to manage sourcing, utilizing best sourcing practices with the goal of sustaining continuous cost reduction as well as quality, service and delivery improvements with a long and short term strategic focus.
Key Functions : Responsible for developing of sourcing plans and strategies. Map processes and procedures Develop and coach the team of Sourcing Engineers Recommend opportunities to reduce total product cost, total inventory investment through new sources, improved system or methods etc. Participate and lead team on process improvement programs like Lean, Six Sigma •Lead supplier certification and quality system review.
Education /Experience Required
7+ years work experience in a similar position or environment
Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electrical/Supply Chain Management)
Masters in Engineering or MBA is a plus
Technical training in Mechanical Design or Manufacturing Engineering is an advantage
Good knowledge of business law and normal working procedures in India
Be familiar with suppliers of mechanical raw materials
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Sourcing Engineers
Require Engineers to be a part of the Global Sourcing Division to identify and develop suppliers. Manage sourcing utilizing best sourcing practices with goal of sustaining continuous cost reduction as well as quality, service and delivery improvements with a long and short term strategic focus.
Key Functions: Initiate sourcing, locate, select and manage a high-performance supplier base for outsourcing of components. Obtain and analyze quotations and negotiate total cost elements.
Participate in process improvement programs like Lean, Six Sigma. Involve in supplier certification and quality system review.
Education /Experience Required
3-7 years work experience in a similar position with a manufacturing organization.
Good experience in supply chain, mainly purchasing and manufacturing.
Experience in Aeronautical, Nuclear or complex mechanical component sourcing preferred.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Supply Chain Management).
Supply Chain Specialists
Need enthusiastic supply chain professionals to manage strategic sourcing of assigned portfolio. Promote and implement strategic sourcing, proactively managing assigned portfolio and supply base with a long term, strategic focus. Directly responsible for purchases of assigned portfolio and follow up until customer’s delivery.
Key Functions: Responsible for the purchase of goods and services, including suppliers’ transaction, item definition and quantities, delivery and payment follow-up Develop sourcing strategies for assigned commodities or services with the goal of sustaining continuous cost reductions and quality, service, and delivery improvements Locate, select and manage a high-performance supply base for assigned commodities or services Obtain & analyze quotations and negotiate total cost elements for assigned portfolio Participate in or lead supplier certification and quality system review efforts Use measurement tools and monitor supplier performance. Education/Experience Required A graduate Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent with post graduation in Supply Chain Management,
Minimum 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain Management.
International mobility is a must.
Quality Engineers
Require engineers to be part of the global sourcing team to interpret the quality specifications and perform quality control. Serve as primary assessor of supplier quality systems and processes, evaluate the compatibility between supplier quality guidelines and assist the supplier in quality improvement plans.
Key Functions: Assist in overall supplier evaluation through a thorough review of their quality management system Lead the supplier quality certification process Support the sourcing engineers in determining necessary specification and drawing changes Participate in all process improvement activities such as Lean Six Sigma Recommend opportunities to reduce total product cost, improved system or methods etc.
Education /Experience Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical) with a post graduation relevant to Quality/Manufacturing or Material Sciences.
3+ years work experience in a similar position or environment and having hands on experience in Quality control and evaluation.
Technical training in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma is highly desired.
Manufacturing Engineers
Require Mechanical and Electrical / Electronics engineers to be leaders in a new manufacturing setup. The manufacturing plant shall manufacture complex equipment for the Oil and Gas industry.
Key Functions: Assist the engineering team on manufacturability concepts during the design phase to ensure the manufacturability of new designs at product commercialization Review and evaluate progress in development of design and evaluation techniques for manufacturing. Modify methods and designs where necessary Development, evaluation, and implementation of the required processes, and their improvement, for internal and sometimes, external manufacturing Supplier identification, negotiation and qualification for outsourced manufacturing of machined parts and electronic components Estimating manufacturing costs by working closely with the purchasing group.
Education/Experience Required
1-3 years work experience in a similar position with a manufacturing organization.
Bachelors degree in Engineering {Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or Electronics) with a Masters in Industrial Engineering, Production, Manufacturing or Electronics and Electrical.
Engineers from NTs (Indian institute of Technology ) or lISc (Indian Institute of Science} wiil be preferred.
International mobility is a must.
Electrical Engineers
Require Electrical engineers to work on the migration of a CAD library. Create and implement software routines using software like Visual ++ to design and enable batch migrations.
Key Functions: Work in coordination with Production Engineering to migrate CAD library. Define and report Metrics of completion for library Creation of software routine for batch migration Validation, verification and modification of component shapes Manage all design changes in coordination with the electrical engineer.
Education/Experience Required
Degree in Electronics with a good knowledge on software tools like Visual Basic.
3-5 years experience as Electrical Engineer.
Experience with placement and routing practices, Cadence Allegro, knowledge in creation of CAD library symbols, geometries, PWB Outlines, and catalog entries.
Excellent knowledge of PCB manufacturing, components technology.
Expert in Electrical CAO CADENCE.
CAD Technicians
Require Engineering Diploma holders to work in collaboration with a product support group located in Pune, to produce 3D models and mechanical drawings using Pro-E CAD either from native Pro-E models or converting PDF-based files to Pro-E.
Key Functions: Creation of CAD models on 3D CAD platform Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Capability to generate tolerance stack-up on assemblies Knowledge of machining processes applied to Mechanical Design and tolerances.
Education/Experience Required
Engineering Diploma holders in CAD/CAM or any other allied stream.
2-5 years work experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Pro-E is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Capacity to identify and report technical anomalies.
Maintenance Technicians
Require Ex-Army (EME) or Ex-Air Force mechanical technicians to be part of the
maintenance team.
Key Functions: Servicing and maintenance of critical mechanical equipment Mentoring and
leading the team of younger technicians.
Education /Experience Required
Maximum age 35 years.
Willing to be based in any part of India .
