Engineering Division
Project Head (Position Code: G-01/N-01/M-01/K-01/C-01/ H-01/V-01)
Qualifications: B.E. (Civil) with 15-20 years of experience with at least 3 years in designing & coordination activities. Incumbent will be required to lead a team of professionals for the implementation of the Company’s projects in different divisions. The incumbent would also be required to interact with local bodies, architects, clients, consultants and sub-contractor teams, etc. Should have experience in construction of modem, fully air-conditioned/multi-storied buildings, e.g., five star hotels, commercial complexes, cineplexes, etc., with basic design of HVAC, Electrical and BMS Systems. Knowledge of Urban development/Town planning will be an added advantage.
