01) Chicf Engineer:
Reporting to the Geneal Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for maintenance of all facilities at hotel to the highest standard such as oil fired boilers, DG sets, water treatment plant, HVflC, cold rooms, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, electrical systems, fire systems, air-conditioning systems, entertainment and sound systems.
The candidate should have a degree in Mechanicol/ electrical Engineering with relevant experience of ot least 10 years in a 5 star hotel.
02) Executive Chcf :
The hotel has multiple outlets and o substantial banqueting operation. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing menus, ensuring preparation of quality Food and presentation, budgeting & menu analysis besides training the local staff.
The candidate should have suitable professional qualifications with 10 years of relevant experience in a 5 star hotel in European and Continental cuisine.
03) Health Club Manager :
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overall management of the health club, devise and conduct keep fit programmers like Gxercise/Weight training, aerobic, yoga and body massage, ensure maintenance of Gym equipments, steam & sauna bath facilities. Knowledge oF nutrition/diet will be an added advantage.
The candidate should have suitable professional qualifications unit 5 years of relevant experience in a 5 star hotel/top health club.
04) Financial Contaollca:
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for finalization of accounts of the lodge/hotel, liaise with statutory and internal auditors, handle banking/cash operations, spearhead budget and review process, prepare monthly MIS reports, supervise and control the day-to-day functioning of the department.
The candidate should be 8.Com/M.Com/Inter Cal uuith a minimum of 7 years similar experience at middle management level preferably from hotel industry.
Stores Officer
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for planning and coordinating purchase of all materials required for running of the hotel, storing and issuing materials to in-house consumers, accounting consumption ond preparation of MIS reports.
The candidate should be a graduate unit additional qualification in Materials Management uuith a minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in a similar job preferably in a leading hotel.
