ABACUS provides the ability to accommodate multiple currencies, a necessity when you do business in over 50 countries. Real estate consultants Abacus Savills was recently involved in a major transaction in the office market, namely the lease of 2,400 square metres in Quinta da Fonte to ABB – Asea Brown Boveri. ABB operates in the energy and automation markets and will take over the Plaza I building entirely. The building is owned by the German property investment fund Oppenheim Immobilien. Some 2,100 m² correspond to office spaces and the remaining 350 square metres to stores. The transaction also involved 100 parking spaces.
