Indian outsourcers Infosys Technologies Ltd and Wipro Ltd bagged five-year outsourcing deal from oil and gas firm BP. Indian IT majors Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys Technologies and Wipro, besides global IT giants IBM and Accenture bagged a five-year outsourcing deal from BP (British Petroleum), the world’s third-largest petroleum refining company in the world. BP, Wipro will provide IT applications development and maintenance services for the company’s fuel and corporate businesses globally.
