Job Description:
Person shall be responsible for leading & motivating a team of 10 - 12 team members with accountability of Sales targets. Key accountabilities include developing & maintaining close relationship with the C&FA, Distributors, Wholesalers & Retailers and frequently interacting with them at the contact point to resolve service related issues & to identify opportunities for Improvement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Market:
Responsible for achieving primary & secondary sales targets.
Ensure that brands have the maximum coverage in his assigned area .
Ensure unit operation.
Generate visibility for all brands.
Monitor. Announce & ensure implementation of all trade schemes.
Assess the Distributors service level.
Track and provide feedback on competitor’s activities in his area.
Organizing, sponsoring Events, shows in the Area.
Distributor:
Responsible for execution of orders placed by distributors including review of
Commercial status of distributor and allocation of stocks,
Monitor all SAB stocks at the Distributor point.
Periodic checks on the business health of the distributor.
Investment monitoring.
Company:
Drive volumes for all Brands from an allocated area.
Maximize availability of brands in his area.
Generate reports in the specified formats on a regular basis.
Implement line plans S sales norms (distributor holding, coverage policy,
and sales reports).
Developing Market/Area development plans.
Developing the capability of the Team.
Desired Profile:
MBA in Marketing Management with 3 to 6 years Experience.
