Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd.(BALCO) is a member of Vedanta Resources pic and a leading integrated producer of Aluminium in India, with manufacturing assets in Korba -Chhattisgarh. Ate are looking for young, vibrant and dynamic Fresh Graduate Engineers in Power Engineering (B.E.-Power) or B.E.(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & instrumentation) with Post Graduate Diploma Course (PGDC) in Thermal Power Plant Engineering who are desirous of working hands-on as a member of the High Performance Integrated Operations & Maintenance Teams with commitmentto Best-in Class Work Practices.
Eligibility Criteria;
1. The Candidate must have completed schooling (10th & 12th) and Engineering Degree with minimum First Division marks without any gap in the academics.
2. The candidate must have completed Engineering in four years duration and should have passed engineering not earlierthan2005,
3. Interested candidates with upto 2 years of experience after PGDC from NPTI may also apply.

1. Fire Engineers (Rof. No. HSE/01)
Ideal candidate {Age<28 yrs) should be B.E./B.Tech in Fire Engineering with 0-4 years experience in the fire service function of a large organization, preferably petrochemical/power plants. Job profile includes planning, developing and implementation of fire norms and standards, imparting training to the personnel, installation and maintenance of fire equipment at various locations. The candidate should be well versed with the laws governing the regulations/compliances and should be able to liaise with authorities for the statutory obligations. Knowledge in designing fire retarding methods by way of work would be an added advantage.
2. Environment
