Senior Manager - Marketing
The incumbent should be capable of directing and controlling all activities of the marketing department and sales team. Responsibilities include: identifying market trends, formulating and implementing market strategies. Collecting and verifying information about new projects and evaluating cement need for the projects. A good knowledge of market research and methods as well as ability to utilize and translate such skills is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
MBA in Marketing with 10-15 years’experience in a senior position in saies/marketing with a cement or building materials industry.

Engineer/ Sr. Engineer (Mechanical)
B.E. / B Tech (Mechanical) with 3-5 years of experience in Cement Plant. The incumbent should have experience in planning, scheduling and execution of all mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery in the Cement Plant.
Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Operation/Process)
B.E. in Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization or Diploma in Cement Technology with minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization in Cement Plant.
Officer / Sr. Officer (Accounts)
Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of minimum 2 years or Cost Accountant with post qualification experience of minimum 5 years in a reputed
1) Mechanical Plant Engineer / Project Engineer :-
Should be graduate mechanical engineer with 7-10 years experience in related field, preferably in cement plant equipment fabrication and/or erection with some experience in executing large size cement plant. Project management experience shall be preferred. Should be thorough with project formulation, implementation and execution. Erection experience in large cement project will be preferred. Age: Not above 40 years.
2) Electrical Plant Engineer/ Project Engineer Similar to above, having qualification, experience in Electrical & Instrumentation.
Age: Not above 40 years.
3) Civil Engineer - Project
Should have qualification in civil engineering and
