1. Assistant General Manager / Manager. Golf Course Development:- Agriculture Engineering graduate, up to 40 years of age with 10 years of experience, must have remained associated with development of at least one golf course of international standards, should have complete knowledge of laying of golf course including the grading, the irrigation system, drainage systems, electrification and soil parameters. Experience in developing housings around golf course including all supply and disposal system to such housings shall be an added advantage.
2. AGM (Services/Electrical):- B.E. (Civil/ Electrical) graduate, up to 40 years of age with 12 years of experience in execution of electro mechanical works in townships and high rise buildings, checking the drawings of the consultants, exercising quality control, operating contracts, verifying bills and managing contracts.
3. Manager (Technical Cell):- B.E. (Civil) graduate, with preferably P.G. Diploma in Construction Management, up to 35 years of age with 10 years of experience in coordinating and monitoring of projects, shall be responsible for contractors and vendors selection, technical vetting of the drawings, cost analysis, quality control, budgeting/estimation of projects.
4. Manager Bilking/ MIS :- B.E. (Civil) graduate, with preferably PG diploma in Construction Management, up to 35 years of age with 10 years of experience, out of which 6 years as Quantity Surveyor, shall be responsible for checking of contractor’s bills and preparation of physical and financial progress reports vise a vise targets and budgets, preparing and evaluating tender documents, making comparative statements, preparation of rate analysis.
5. Manager Quality Control:- B.E. (Civil) graduate, upto40 years of age with experience of 10 years, should have comp fete know how of testing lab$, field testing labs of civil engineering construction projects, tenfold knowledge of BIS Codes relevant to various civil engineering activities.
6. Manager Electro/Mechanical (Workshop) :- B.E. JE Jectrical / Mechanical) graduate, up to 40 years of age with an experience of 10 years, should have full knowledge of upkeep and maintenance of electrical distribution network, sub stations, DG sets, panels,
transformers, telecom equipment, motors and pumps, tube wells, welding equipments etc.
7. Project Manager (Civil):- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 35 years of age, with an experience of 10 years, shall be required to supervise and execute jobs as per the contracts, coordinate with the vendors, and contractors and implement quality control.
8. Project Manager (Civil) Mall:- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 40 years of age with an experience of 10 years on shopping malls, multiplexes, commercial complexes, hospitality projects, shall be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors consultants of the project and direct execution of jobs as per designs, terms and condition of contract, generating MIS, exercising total Quality Control etc.
9. Project Manager (Services) :- B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical) graduate, upto 40 years of age with an experience of 10 years in monitoring and execution of electro mechanical works related to shopping malls/multiplexes, have thorough knowledge of electrification, HVAC, elevators, fire protection/fighting system, electro mechanical gadgets and machines and other services works involved in such types of buildings as well as be responsible for execution of work as pert he designs and drawings.
10. Quantity Surveyor:- B.E. (Civil) graduate or Diploma holder from Institute of Quantity Surveyors, upto 35 years of age with an experience of 10 years, shall be responsible for preparing bills, estimates, NITS tender documents, comparative statements, allotment letters, agreements, MIS reports, budgets, recording measurements and analyzing rates of various items.
11. Deputy Project Manager (Billing):- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 32 years of age with an experience of 7 years in preparing bills and analyzing terms and conditions of a contract in order to prepare the bills, shall also be required to exercise inventory control on projects.
12. Deputy Project Manager (Civil Structure) : B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 32 years of age with an experience of 7 years in construction and supervising works related to construction of high rise buildings.
13. Deputy Manager (Public Health Engineering) :- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 32 years of age with an experience of 7 years in
laying sewer lines, water supply networks, drainage lines, construction of water and sewage treatment plants.
14. Deputy Project Manager (Roads & Infrastructure):- B.E. (Civil) graduate, upto 32 years of age with an experience of 7 years in construction of roads as per MOST, IRC and CPWD specifications including construction of cross drainage works.
15. Engineer (Billing):- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 30 years of age with experience of 5 years in preparing bills and analyzing terms and conditions of a contract and preparing material reconciliation of statements, should be conversant in BIS codes of measurement.
16. Engineer (Tendering):- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 30 years of age with experience of 5 years in preparing tender notices, tender documents, invite tenders, prepare comparative statements, work orders and agreements.
17. Project Engineers (Roads and Infrastructure) :- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 27 years of age with an experience of 3 years in monitoring, controlling and supervising the execution of road construction, must be fully conversant with the specification as per MOST, IRC, CPWD.
18. Project Engineer/Junior Engineer:- B.E. (Civil) graduate, up to 27 years of age with an experience of 3 years in development and construction work of a large township. Prior experience in buildings and foundation, construction of projects shall be an
added advantage.
19. Horticulturist:- B Sc (Agriculture) graduate, up to 40 years of age with an experience of 10 years in horticulture in large townships and other high valued projects, with full knowledge of floriculture, arboriculture, horticulture, nursery development etc.
