HEAD - CORPORATE MARKETING
Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience preferably in Real Estate.
Skills: A team leader with a techno-commercial background and excellent communication skills. Candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategies for residential and commercial properties. He/She will be interacting with corporate houses, MNCs and entrepreneurs.
HEAD - COMMERCIAL
Qualification: Commerce Graduate with MBA from a reputed institute.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of work experience in the Commercial Section of a marketing company having a large customer base preferably a Real Estate Company. Knowledge of Post Sales processes till possession inclusive of all legal formalities and customer complaint handling is preferred. Skills: Registration of properties, handling legal cases of customers, client and customer coordination. Proficiency in computers for extensive MIS and a systematic follow up. Excellent communication skills with a pleasing and persuasive personality.
MANAGER IT - MARKETING Qualification: MBA with Civil Engineering. Experience: 8 to 10 years experience in direct marketing. Skills: Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality with the ability to interact with individual and corporate clients. Knowledge of capital items and real estate. Developing marketing strategies and plans for product development and market penetration.
MANAGER - CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS Education: MBA/PG in Mass Communication. Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Advertising. Skills: Building strong Corporate Image and Advertising for a Real Estate division. Interaction with media & advertising agencies with a view to produce synergetic Communication.
MANAGER - LEGAL
Education: A law graduate from a reputed college. Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience at the BAR or in a commercial organization preferably dealing in real estate. Skills: Drafting Conveyance Deeds, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Leasing of Commercial properties, MOUs, Construction Agreements etc. Knowledge of Court Procedures, Arbitration, Consumer Fora, MRTP is desirable.
EXECUTIVE - MARKETING
Education: Preferably a postgraduate in Marketing.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and sales of commercial and residential properties.
Skills: Pleasant and persuasive personality and the ability to interact with individual and corporate customers.
MANAGER - DEVELOPMENT/DEPLOYMENT-IT
Education: IT or Engineering degree.
Experience: CRM/ERP, SQl/Oracle RDBMS, development and deployment of client server applications, VB, ActiveX, VB script, HTML, Java, XML and Relafional Database Technologies. Prior experience in EDI Systems will be preferred.
Skills: Management of all internal processes for applied software enhancement, new version releases, system integration, development and expansion of a small intei team and liasoning with the Chief Information Officer.
NETWORK SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Education: MCSE/MCP, B.E. (Electronics/Networking) i knowledge of Linux Platform is preferred. Experience: 3 years of working experience in Networking/System Administration, maintaining, trouble shooting and administering LAN, WAN, Database back Firewall/Virus protection and e-mail security. Extensive experience in Microsoft Exchange Server Management c Windows System Administration. Skills: Excellent communication skills, self-driven and a disciplined individual.

Skills: Planning, resource management and project schedulii developing and implementing process and controlling qualil funds, time and costs.
PLANNING ENGINEER
Education: Engineering Graduate specializing in Civil.
