Infosys Technologies Ltd, the country’s second largest software exporter by volumes, is planning to make 13,000 on-campus offers to fresh engineering graduates who are expected to join during the course of fiscal 2011, even as the company has reduced the number of colleges it visits for recruitment. The new campus at the SEZ at Mahindra World City, Jaipur, will be spread over 42 acres with a total investment of Rs. 531 crore to be made in phases. In phase 1 of its construction, the company has made an investment of Rs. 171 crore, creating a built-up area of 3,69,100 sq. ft and a seating capacity of 3,200.

Infosys Technologies Chandigarh has said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Union Territory of Chandigarh Administration to buy 20 acres of land at the Chandigarh Information Services Park.
