Chief Finance Officer
CA preferably with an MBA (Finance), having around 15-20 years work experience preferably with reputed blue chip Real Estate developers / Construction companies. Must have demonstrated experience in Project Financing aside from having handled the F&A function independently. The incumbent will head the department and be responsible for Project Financing, Finance & Accounts, Tax planning of the Company.
Age: 37-45 years
Manager (Commercial)
A Graduate preferably with an MBA, having around 8-10 years work experience preferably with Real Estate developers. The incumbent shall work closely with the Sales, Finance and Legal teams and shall interface with the Company’s customers.
Age: 30-35 years
Executive (Finance & Accounts)
A Commerce Graduate preferably with additional Post graduate qualifications, having around 3-8 years work experience, preferably with Real Estate developers. The incumbent shall be responsible for handling the Accounts, Recievables etc.
Age: 25-30 years
Vice President (Projects)
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferably with an MBA, having around 15-20 years work experience in controlling and executing large Construction / Real Estate Residential/ Commercial/ Infrastructure projects. The incumbent will head the department, and should be familiar with control techniques for multi-disciplinary contractors, planning software and value-added management for project implementation and timely & properdelivery of ongoing projects.
Age: 40-45 years
Quantity Surveyor
Diploma in Civil Engineering with experience of 3-5 years in billing, contracting and tendering etc. The incumbent shall be based at Delhi.
Age: Approx. 30 years
General Manager (Sales)
A Graduate preferably with an MBA, having around 12-15 years work experience preferably with Real Estate developers having good relationships with Channel partners, Investors and Retail brands. The incumbent shall lead a team of Sales/Leasing personnel and shall be responsible for Sale and Leasing of the companies projects.

General Manager (Legal)
A law Graduate preferably with post graduate qualifications preferably, having around 12-15 work years experience with Real Estate developers with varied experience relating to Real Estate, Land Sale & purchase, Leasing etc. The incumbent shall head the Department.

Senior Executive (Legal)
A law Graduate preferably with post graduate qualifications, having around 5-10 years work experience with Real Estate developers with varied experience relating to Real Estate, Land Sale & purchase, Leasing etc.

Manager (Administration & HR)
AGraduate preferably with an MBA, having around 8-10 years work experience preferably with a large progressive organization. The incumbent shall report to the CEO and shall be responsible for Administration, HR within the company.

Executive Secretary
AGraduate from a reputed University with a certificate course in Secretarial Practice, having a pleasing and energetic personality with a work experience of 15-20 years. The incumbent must be capable of independently handling correspondence & administrative jobs and should have hands on experience in assisting the CEO of a professionally managed company.

Revenue Officer
The incumbent would be retired Kanungo / Tehsildar or would
have demonstrated experience in Land Revenue & related
matters.

Senior Officer (Liaison)
AGraduate from a reputed University, having around 10-15 years work experience, having a good rapport with various Government Departments in Punjab. The incumbent shall independently handle the interface with various Government departments.

Mall manager
A Graduate, having around 10-15 work years experience in Mall Management - Marketing and promoting a Mall. The incumbent must have a pleasing personality, be creative and would be expected to interact with the Mall tenants, Mall Management agency and shall be responsible for Marketing & promoting the Mall.
