Responsible for in – process checks of a product at several stages of manufacturing like surfactant mixing, heating, cooling, mixing, filling, packing for intermediate, finished – product, online, AQL,AOQL, Pac, sanitization in all process equipment, each and every stage of Microbial Analysis like swab test, fumigation, Arial test, Bacterial Fungal, pathogens. Incoming Shampoo Raw materials & packing materials analysis.
6. Preparation & Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Assurance Procedures (QAPs) for activities like Cleaning, Operational Criteria, Line Clearance, etc.
7. Supervision of all the activities starting from the manufacturing of a batch to its release, i.e. well – versed in processing of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
8. Standardization of weighing & lab equipments.
9. Training of workmen and sub – ordinates on as per its guidelines laid down for all unit operations like material handling, sifting, filling, packing and general manufacturing of the several process stages.
10. Understanding of customer requirements to satisfaction and develop Quality process.
11. Documentation traceable in all Raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, Standardisation of chemicals. Online quality checking & Microbial record.
12. All analytical lab instrument & process instruments calibration certificate & record keeping
13. Internal Quality audit conducting monthly basis ( All section )
14. Preparation of Sanitization schedule & Aware of sanitization to all peoples.
15. Vendor Development for CFC & Self Adhesive Tape
16. All lab instrument calibration price quotation negotiation and development of the party.
