Responsible for applying the underwriting guidelines to motor Stoplist policies and analyze, modify and decide the validity of the renewal offer
Reviewing the policies for changes done on policy before the policy is renewed
Providing no claim discount according to the claims history
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in leading a team of 13 people
Monitoring of Individual and overall team’s performance with regard to the CTQ’s of the processes.
Assigning targets on a daily basis and measuring against the actual.
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy for the processes above the predefined SLAs.
Documenting Desk Top Procedures for the process.
Ensure timely and accurate documenting as per ISO requirements.
Escalate process abnormalities to Operations Leader.
Responsible for providing the productivity and accuracy metrics to the process leader.
Responsible for conducting refresher trainings for the various processes handled by the team including Stoplist.
Conducting process related presentations to the process leader.

Generating correspondence to the client about the changes in the policy that involves thorough study of the Life insurance contract.
Performing quality checks on the sample size and prepared cheat sheet that contains all the areas wherein the processor needs to concentrate while processing so as to reduce errors to a large extent.
Impart training for the new joiners in the process
Maintenance of the quantity and quality of the product to be achieved with the available resources.
Preparing Desk Top Procedures, Production MIS and all kinds of reports using excel, accurately reflecting the health of the process for the Top management and the clients overseas.
Keep process reference guide, catalogue and information update, which serves as ready reckoner for the team and others to easily understand the process.

Prepared Performance analysis worksheet that rates the employees on two dimensions-how well he is performing on the job & the level of knowledge that he has in relation to the job.
