Job Responsibilities for the ISO, RMI & NAFTA Projects
• Worked on ISO (International Standards Organization) Projects.
• Checking for vendor certifications of GE Advanced Materials to the most current version of ISO9000, ISO 9001, QS9000 or TS16949.
• Monitor, Workload distribution in the team and quality checking on the reports processed and uploaded by the entire team.
• Worked on RMI Projects - Raw Material Introduction – US-CTPAT (Customs trade partner ship), tracking accuracy and timely shipments to GE plant sites in USA.
• Handle supplier approvals after a complete check on the legality of the supplier with which GE is doing business.
• Worked on NAFTA Project – North American Free Trade Agreement, Stream line and Secure U.S Export Processes, Electronic filing via AES (Automated Export System) this involves screening of the vendors and there documents track all the shipments which require shippers export Declaration via AES across US Borders.
• Handle all administrative and follow up on delivery/payment status of suppliers.
• Maintain and update the GE supplier database in SAP. Invoice generation.
• Quality checks on all aspects of the process maintained.
• Prepare and present weekly dashboards, Score Cards for Quarters, YTD.
• Transitioning new processes relating to Price Exception Records, Billing Quality involving multiple activity of work for site’s in USA.
• Maintain correct vendor setup in SAP Database, which in turn sends invoices for payments to the correct destinations and payments are received on time.
• Supporting and trouble shooting procurement issues.
• Maintaining data and Organizational changes, Supplier databases, active interaction with US clients, both Verbal and written
• Completed SAP convergence successfully for client. Put across business expansion plans via NPS and various Score Cards. Effective turnaround for Business unit as a result of Score Card. Effective improvements suggested to client for corrections to flaws leading to losses. Recently transitioned a new process solely, gaining a VOC of 100%. Client interaction highly productive and appreciated. Unbroken record of 10/10 VOCs. Putting Delivery, TAT and Quality Trackers in place to optimize qualitative functioning.
• Have also been working on Business Warehouse Athena.
• Stabilizing processes and focusing on generating more revenue to the company by improving productivity and reducing headcounts by making activity chart.

• Drive H.R Rigor to check that there is no Violation of the Company Policies.
• Conducting HR Interviews for associates across the floor.
• Single point of contact for associates to resolve all HR issues.
