At Decruz Laboratories
Maintaining bacterial cultures, preparing media handling the complete process of preparation of widal antigens working in aseptic conditions. Preparation of stock solutions required for the diagnostic kits, Supervising packing and Labeling of Diagnostic kits.
At JAP Diagnostic Laboratory
Complete in-charge of collecting patients blood, setting up test for Biochemistry, Hematology, Serology till final reporting, Supervising technicians and coordinating between consultants ex: General physicians, Gynecologist ENT surgeons.
EXPOSURE TO CLINICAL RESEARCH:
Six months hands on training done with Advanced Diploma in clinical Research at Best Biotek Research Labs,auniversity recognized research center and aCRO based in Bangalore.
Proficient in ICH-GCP guidelines,Schedule Y,and working knowledge in CRF formats,Basic SAS for clinical data management.
In clinical research study about drug design and discovery,PK/Pd
Study,components of an IND,Regulatory and ethical requirements,Role ofFDA,Roles and responsibilities of sponsor,IRB requirements and maintenance.
To record review and correct clinical study data,Evaluate classify And report adverse event,safety reporting,clinical trial protocol and protocol amendment,auditing,monitoring and Quality assurance.
