You should be a B.E./Diploma holder (Civil Engineering) with 10-15 years of rich experience in the Contract Section of a Real Estate Company. You should be well versed with Indian Contract Law &. Arbitration Law, and should be an expert in drafting contracts, wo, etc. You should be adept at computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Power Point & Prime -Vera. Experience in billing and estimation will be an added advantage. Preferred age: 30-40 years.

You should have a degree in Architecture with 8-10 years of rich experience in an Architectural Consultancy Firm. You should have a talent for designing products and spaces for Real Estate such as housing, malls and different kinds of commercial spaces. Your eye for detail should have made you an expert in interiors. You should have thorough knowledge of the latest materials, equipment and technology being used in construction. Good knowledge; of Bylaws of NCR Region and other big towns will be a definite plus. Those with experience in AutoCAD and preparation of drawings will be preferred.
