General Manager - Coordination
(Code: GMC-G /Location ; Gurqaon)
Experience in design, planning, estimation, supply chain, project management, cost management, risk management and human resource functions in MEP projects in India / GCC countries /
other overseas locations. Candidates are expected to handle business unit responsibility as Profit Center Head. Prior experience in this regard is expected, High degree of financial management, exposure to project MIS, customer relationship management is a pre-Restaurant quisite for this
position. Candidate should have adequate computer literacy, independent presentation skill and employee training and mentoring orientation and large team management mind-set.The position reports to Director.
Qualification : Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) and preferably a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration.
Experience: 15-20 years.
Senior Manager / Manager - Mechanical

Experience in the HVAC and other Mechanical services in the building industry. Candidate should have exposure in design, engineering, estimation, project planning and coordination for electro-mechanical equipments in commercial and high rise buildings. Well rounded experience in all these areas are preferred. International exposure especially in GCC countries will be given weightage.
Qualification : Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

Manager / Deputy Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics

Experience in managing Supply Chain, Procurement, Vendor Development functions in an MEP company in India / GCC countries.
Acquaintance to computerized Materials management, Vendor Management & Vendor rating systems will be preferred. Should be conversanl with multi-locational and global procurement strategies and procedures and be conversant with International Trading standards.
The candidate should have strong negotiation, coordination skills and in-depth commercial knowledge as relevant in the MEP / EPC industry.
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Engineering with Degree / Diploma in Material Management.

Manager / Deputy Manager - HR & Training

Experience in HR Practices and procedures in MEP & FM industry especially in GCC countries. Candidate shall be conversant in mass recruitment of Workmen, Technicians, Supervisors and Engineers for MEP / EPC & FM industries. Awareness on GCC emigration laws is a must. Candidate should also h3ve a background in organising & coordinating training for Workmen, Supervisor cadre personnel. Should be conversant with GCC laws, Minimum Wages, Workmen compensation, Insurance and other relevant statutes
Qualification: Graduate with Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management/ Labour Law.
Experience: 8-10 years FM Division
1.General Manager

Experience in managing a Facility Management Business in India or abroad with complete responsibility of sales, operations and financial management as_an independent business unit head.lFMA accreditation would be preferred though not essential, The position reports to
Director. Candidate should have strong analytical sense and IT literacy.
Exposure to business development, major account management and developing a start-up business would be preferred.
Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) with a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Management.
Professional accreditation in the Facility Management industry will be preferred.
Experience: 15-20 years
2.Senior Manager / Manager - Operations
(Code: SMO-FM / Location: Dubai)
Experience in managing Facility Management Operations, Client relationships, cash flow and adherence to financial target and budgets. Prior experience in managing large service management teams, multinational client portfolio, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction are essential requirements for this position. Acquaintance and adherence to Quality Management Systems is expected. Candidate should have prior experience of mass recruitment and work force mobilization, vendor certification and management skills.
Additional exposure in area of workforce training, designing training module for Facility Management workforce would be preferred.
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Science with Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business / Operations Management.
Experience: 12-15 years Ail positions are transferable and applicants must have valid Passport.
Candidates with prior GCC / overseas experience and global mind-set would be preferred. PC literacy and presentation skills are necessary for all the positions.
