The first project, The Westin Sohna Gurgaon Resort & Spa would commence operations in
September 2007 followed by Westin hotels in Gurgaon, Jaipur and Bangalore.
Design Division
Project Architect-Building
Candidates should have flair for design and ability to co-Ofdinate with external consultants for design development and other departments like services, operations and procurement.
Project Architect Interiors
Candidate should have good visualization skills, good knowledge about materials and their properties, capable of reviewing design and drawings from consultants and sufficient exposure in management and construction of interior works,
Project Architect Specialised Works
Candidate should have good exposure to external cladding systems, external development works like pools, pathways, soft and hard landscaping elements etc. Should be gooc! in detailing and reviewing shop drawings with ability to co-ordinate with site team and other agencies.
Manager-Projects
Candidate should have executed 4/5 star category hotel projects involving resource planning with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies. Proficient in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters.
Manager-Services
Candidate should have an ability and technical knowledge to review the design/ drawings and technical documentation of MEP works, tech no-commercial analysis, value engineering and required to co-ordinate with architects and consultants.
