Job description
Develop, prepare and conduct theoretical and practical classes for UAE national apprentices in one or all of the following subjects
Mechanical
Electrical / Electronic
Develop, prepare and update training materials as required
Assess trainee’s progress through various assessment methods and take appropriate actions for further development.
Develop and carry out on:job task lists for Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic apprentices under the guidance of Training and Area Maintenance Management.
Coordinate with maintenance departments, monitor trainee’s performance, organize progress review meetings and implement development requirements.
Maintain ail training records in accordance with ISO and Company procedures.
Age, Qualifications and Experience
Position-1: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Position-2: Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Applicants should be not older than 40 years with at least 6 years of working experience in relevant field (Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical/Electronic Maintenance) in any heavy industry and 2 years as a teacher /instructor in an industrial or vocational institute.
Salary & Benefits
Attractive tax-free salary (inclusive of Basic, Housing and Transport Allowance or free transport to and from work place). Other benefits include reimbursement of Children Education Allowance up to AED25,000/- per annum per child (for a maximum of 3 children), medical, 6 weeks’ paid annual leave with Leave Travel Allowance, Shipment of Personal Effects, Gratuity as per UAE Labour Law and 24 hour world-wide insurance cover.
