Sr. Materials Engineers - 2 Nos.: Degree in Civil Engineering. Conversant with Asphalt Mix design as per Marshall and Gyratory methods. Concrete mix design as per ACI and British codes. Intimate familiarity with aggregate testing procedures, insitu and laboratory soil, concrete and asphalt testing as per BS and ASTM standards. The incumbent is intended to report to the Company Materials Manager and assist him in the daily administration of multiple site laboratories. Experience in managing a number of laboratory technicians is essential. Age - 25 to 40 years.
Design Manager: Civil Engineering Graduate from a reputed University. He should have considerable experience in the design of temporary works enabling the construction of heavy civil works, such as bridges. He is expected to have a deep understanding of Structural Steel Design using BS 5950 and/or AISC LRFD and design of scaffolding using BS 5975 as well as working knowledge of soil mechanics and fluid mechanics. Experience in reinforced concrete design, bridge bearing design and/or design of temporary retaining wall systems will be considered an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to be able to manage a team of structural detailers and engineers in the production of drawings for temporary works.
Deputy Human Resources Manager: Bachelors degree in HR or a related discipline, with min. 3 to 5 yrs. of managerial exp. in a large organization with not less than 5000 employees. Reporting to the HR Manager, the main purpose ot the roie is to ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as assisting the HR Manager in ail HR related activities. You will be expected to coordinate in recruitment activities, training, employee induction, prepare offer letters and contracts, provide assistance in writing job descriptions and other personnel and admin, duties.
