NTERNAL AUDITOR : His main role would be to give directions to the Company’s financial and operational strategy by conducting periodic compliance & supervise junior auditors. He would also identify, develop & document audit issues and prepare effective recommendations to re-engineer processes wherever necessary. He should have University degree in accounting, appropriate certification & 5 yrs. of large firm audit exp. CA or similar certification is desired.
Manager Finance & Accounts : M.Com. with CA with more than 12 yrs. exp. in the development of policies, internal control mechanisms, treasury unctions like cash flow and investments, liaison with banks and financial nstHutions and external audit agencies. Responsible for overall management reporting and advisory of profits and EXIM procedures, Knowledge of Saudi Financial laws is desirable. Exposure to ERP (BaaN) environment would be a distinct advantage.
Manager Internal Controls : Development & maintain system of nternal controls safeguarding company’s assets and funds, Identify & calculate principal risks and ensure the implementation of appropriate systems to manage risks in co-ordination with other units of the company. Major degree in Accounting, preferably with MBA. 5 yrs. exp. in large companies corporation required.
Manager Treasury : Graduates/Masters in Commerce with 5-8 years of exp. in the similar capacity having adequate knowledge of managing cash flows, funds & advice on their investment. Prepare and manage investment funds, revenue & expense projections. Knowledge of mutual fund investment portfolio, SIBOR banking transaction, EXIM procedures essential.
Manager General Accounting : B. Com. / M.Com. with CA having more than 8 yrs. exp. in Financial Reporting. Management Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, invoicing, Fixed Assets and Budget control plans. Preference will be given to people with exposure to ERP (BaaN).
Manager Cost Accounting : B. Com. with ICWAI with 8 or more years in functions like Cost/Profit center evaluations, cost allocation & recording budgets, operational plans variance analysis, monitoring of efficiency & effectiveness service del. methods. Exp. in ERP (BaaN) environment preferred.
Baan Consultant : B. Com. / M.Com. with exposure to Finance and Budgeting module of ERP (BaaN-IVc), for atleast three implementation cycles. He would be responsible for all new implementations, providing training to end users, creating ad-hoc, and final reports, testing of data, ensuring min. downtime and proper housekeeping of data/files.
