Head (Operations)
He will be accountable for establishing the new plant and thereafter manufacturing, maintenance, customer relations and personnel functions. Should be a dynamic personality with proven leadership qualities, ability to lead a team of professionals & workmen, implement continuous productivity improvement programmes, 5 S, TPM, quality systems etc. Should be a Graduate Engineer (full time) in Mech. or Prodn., aged about 40 years with excellent academic record, and experience of about 12 years in mfg. involving heavy duty presses, metal forming, welding, production / process planning & quality with customer support, productivity improvements. Knowledge of maintenance systems. Factories Act, PCB and EB requirements and experience in new projects will be an added advantage.
Deputy Manager (ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE)
BE (EEE) with min. 10 years experience in electrical maintenance (PM / breakdown rectification) of machines / equipment such as presses (mechanical / hydraulic, conventional / SPMs) and extensive use of hydraulic & PLCs, welding machines using electronic control / CNCs, generators, transformers, HT & LT switch gears, inventory spares planning etc. Age around 30 years. Supervisory ‘C licence desirable. DEEE qualified personnel with exceptional ability and experience of about 15 years in the above mentioned areas can also apply. Exposure to TPM will be advantageous.
Deputy Manager (MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE)
BE (Mech.) with min. 10 years experience in preventive / Breakdown maintenance of Hydraulic / Mechanical press, MIG Welding machines, SPMs and utility services such as Compressors, cooling towers, generator sets. In depth Knowledge in Hydraulics is essential. Exposure to PLC, TPM and computer literacy will be an added advantage. DME qualified personnel with exceptional ability and experience of about 15 years in the above mentioned areas can alsoapply.
