Job Description
CEO would head the organization and be responsible for all round administration of all the plants. He would report to MD. His responsibilities include ensuring the optimum utilization of the installed capacity to get the maximum returns. Provide a strong commercial and administrative leadership and overall management of the entire organization. Continuously monitoring the performance of all departments within the organization such as Operations, Administration, HR, Finance, Costing, Commercial etc. Strategizing, Implementing and innovating to suggest new ideas to keep the organization abreast with Time and Technology.
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate should be:
a) Graduate in Engineering preferably in the Metallurgical/ Mechanical stream.
b) Have practical administrative experience in Forging /Foundry/Engineering Industry at V.P. level at least for 5 years, in a good organization.
c) Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
d) Ability to deliver under all circumstances.
e) Preferred Age: around 40-50 years., g) Must be very aggressive and live wise-Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
