Indian Additives Limited is a Joint Venture of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited and Chevron Oronite Company LLC. We manufacture and market Speciality Chemical Additives for Lubricants and Petroleum Fuels. Our work culture is informal, transparent and customer oriented.
We have openings for the following positions at our Sales and Marketing Office at Mumbai. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Sales Manager (SM-01)
The job involves managing the sale of products to an allocated portfolio of national and multinational customer accounts and achieving the budgeted business volumes, revenues and margins. Key job responsibilities include market analysis, identifying business opportunities, formulating and implementing creative account strategies, negotiating and closing business deals and managing customer relationships. The position reports to Head -Sales and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering preferably with MBA and possess about 5 to 10 years related marketing experience in the Lubricants / Speciality Chemicals /Automotive Equipment industries.
Services Manager (SM-02)
The job involves developing product line strategies to support the overall business objectives, managing product portfolio and life cycle, providing technical services to customers and maintaining liaison with Chevron Oronite’s Asia Pacific regional technical organization. Key responsibilities include managing the engine test and field test programmes to support technical approval of products by customers and OEMs and providing internal support for competitive analysis and product pricing. The position reports to Head -Sales and. Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering preferably with MBAand possess about 5 to 10 years experience in Product management /Technical Services in Engineering industry with at least three years relevant experience in Lubricant / Additives industry.
