Job Description
As magazine sales executive RMD, the incumbent would be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring distribution of all group magazine in allotted area and conducing related sales promotion activities. The job would involve towards developing & managing cash sales points ,opening of magazine avenues in up-coming retail chain, liaisoning with magazine dealers. Other Key activities include institutional sales, management of magazine subscription and weekend activities in housing societies, markets and malls.
Qualifications
Graduates between 21 to 28 years with 1 to 3 year of sales experience with a media or FMCG company. An MBA degree or diploma would be an added advantage. Candidates need to be highly confident, mature, with good interpersonal skills and be prepared to handle a challenging front line position dealing with trade partners.

VP Projects: B.E. {Civil) with MBA having 15-20 years experience in project management with minimum 4-5 years experience in managing large projects in real estate, both in commercial & residential projects. The incumbent shall be responsible for the execution and complete control of projects including liasioning with various consultants, contractors, government departments, ensuing compliance of regulatory norms and timely completion of projects. Knowledge in primavera/MS Project is essential
Resident Engineer: (8-10 Yrs Exp) / Senior / Junior Engineers (3-5 yrs exp) Degree/Diploma in Civil engineering with experience in independently handling of residential & commercial projects. Extensive knowledge in cost control , scheduling project and its implementation is essential. Task oriented person with excellent leadership qualities would be preferred. Knowledge in MS Project/Primavera is preferable. The selected person shall be posted at project site.
Manager Services: (8-10 yrs. Exp) / Senior / Junior Engineers (3-5 yrs, Exp) Degree/Diploma in Engineering with experience in design and Management experience in procurement, erection & commissioning of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other electro-mechanical services, Preference will be given to those who have experience in Residential/ Commercial projects.
Manager Contracts: Graduate/Diploma Engineers (Civil) with 10-15 years of experience in preparation and study of contract documents. Should have adequate knowledge about tendering and contract.
Sr. Manager - Real Estate Marketing (Commercial):
MBA (Marketing) with 5-7 years experience in the Real Estate industry with minimum 3 years experience in Leasing of Retail I Commercial / IT Spaces, The incumbent will have to achieve Sales Targets, for commercial projects including developing broker network and relationships. Incumbent shall have expertise to develop innovative and effective sales and marketing strategies and lead a team to achieve the desired results,
Manager (F&A): C.A. / MBA in finance with 5-7 yrs. exp. in financial planning, project funding, dealing with Banks & Financial institutions, Budgeting, taxation, MIS, day-to-day supervision of accounts etc. Preference will be given those who have experience in real estate.
Manager Ad Sales; MBAMarketing with 5-8 years experience in Ad Sales (print/electronic/outdpor), Events and Promotions with 3 years experience in similar position. Safety Officer: Graduate/Diploma (Civil) with 5-10 years of experience having additional degree/diploma in safety, health and environment management having experience in implementation of project safety plan, maintaining safety standards acfoss the project, well versed with safety legislation and reporting.
Foreman/Supervisor: 7-10 years experience in working with any of the reputed builders/promoters/construction companies.
