The candidate must be a Management Graduate with 5-10 yrs of IT Service and Support experience with Media or the FMCG industry, preferably as Data Base Administrator. An excellent hands-on approach and understanding of highly sophisticated ERP concepts preferably on SAP is essential. Industry experience in a similar Management and Operations role is desirable. Work experience as a power user / end user in ERP
relevant systems wouldbe advantageous
PROFILE
The candidate should have good communication skills, a technical orientation with grasp of ERP and MS-Office technologies. Additionally, the incumbent should have strong analytical and conceptual skills with an aptitude for continuous learning. The candidate should be self motivated with an ability to lead/ manage members of project/ technical teams effectively and efficiently. An innovative bent of mind to streamline current activities and introduce improvements in the existing systems would be desirable.
