Will be in charge of managing multiple projects and responsible for project delivery with challenging deadlines and adherence to the highest international standards. A proven track record in independently managing large projects is a must. Should be familiar with advanced building construction techniques, high quality finishing items along with overall management of large sites. A first class Civil Engineering graduate, aged below 32 yrs., and having 5-10 yrs. of exp. in building construction. Will be in charge of individual projects and responsible for project completion within specified parameters of quality, cost and time. Should have exp. in Advanced Construction Techniques, High Quality Finishes with good techno-commercial acumen. JOB DESCRIPTION

The job involves controlling and managing the complete Subscription-IT Support processes including the Times Newspaper in Education Programme at Delhi , Lucknow and Chandigarh . Extension of timely, efficient and effective support from the Operations-Order Servicing team towards the NIE function is an integral part of the profile. The role entails key facilitation between the sales, back office and accounts teams. The job demands extensive understanding of all the process requirements, thereby coordinating and resolving the IT and System issues effectively. Other key aspects include MIS reporting, applications support in SAP and Oracle, trouble shooting and maintenance of the robustness of the system.

QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must be a Management Graduate with 5-10 yrs of IT Service and Support experience with Media or the FMCG industry, preferably as Data Base Administrator. An excellent hands-on approach and understanding of highly sophisticated ERP concepts preferably on SAP is essential. Industry experience in a similar Management and Operations role is desirable. Work experience as a power user / end user in ERP
relevant systems wouldbe advantageous

PROFILE
The candidate should have good communication skills, a technical orientation with grasp of ERP and MS-Office technologies. Additionally, the incumbent should have strong analytical and conceptual skills with an aptitude for continuous learning. The candidate should be self motivated with an ability to lead/ manage members of project/ technical teams effectively and efficiently. An innovative bent of mind to streamline current activities and introduce improvements in the existing systems would be desirable.
